This form is used to collect information about your young person for the purpose of the event named below, this is to be used by the section leadership team only. As part of this form we collect personal data about your young person. This detail is required so that we can register them for the event. This form also collects sensitive (special category) data about your young person, this detail is required so that we can offer additional support if required and keep your young person safe whilst in our care. We may share your personal data in this form with third parties, for event registration. These third parties are used on the basis that they align with our data privacy policies. We take your personal data privacy seriously. The data you provide to us is securely stored [based on local arrangements] and will be kept for 2 months after the event for any queries that arise before being securely destroyed. Note: All activities will be run in accordance with The Scout Association’s safety rules. No responsibility for personal equipment/clothing and effects will be accepted by the organisers and The Scout Association does not provide automatic insurance cover in respect to such items.

Squirrels Event: Moana 2 Date: Saturday 7th December 2024.
Location: Odeon Cinema Switch Island, Dunnings Bridge Road.

Meeting place & time: Outside the Odeon for 8.45am
Collection place & time: McDonalds Restaurant Switch Island, 12pm
Cost: £10.00 Transport details: Parent drop off/pick up. Activities: Watching Moana 2 film and over to McDonalds for lunch.
Further Details/Uniform: Arrive in top half uniform. Children may bring a drink, but we will provide drinks and sweets. Please advise of any food allergies.

Cubs, Scouts & YL Event: Tenpin Bowling Date: Friday 13th December 2024.
Location: Tenpin Bowling, Ocean Plaza Retail, Marine Drive. Southport.

Meeting place & time: Meet up at Bootle New Strand Station, for 5.30pm.
Collection place & time: Bootle New Strand Station, 10.00pm
Cost: £17.00 Transport details: Train to Southport and walk to Ocean Plaza. Activities: Two games of bowling and over to Pizza Hut for food.
Further Details/Uniform: Arrive in top half uniform, but have a suitable t/shirt underneath, in case they get hot. Hat, gloves and waterproof coat, depending on the weather. Children may bring a drink but they will need to be able to carry it themselves.
